Since receiving the first week in Oct of 21, I have put in over 25 miles on rugged, single track Idaho Rocky Mountain trails hunting mule deer. It has survived some spectacular crashes, as have I, as I gotten use to it. Make no mistake, you need to be in shape and have upper body strength to use it in rugged terrain as it is a BEAST. But for an older hunter, like myself, it has added a new dimension to my hunting. It gets you to your spot faster with somewhat less effort. The "walk" feature is a life saver and helps you get the bike through the rough spots where discretion and dismounting is advisable. The cargo rack sits a little far back and causes the front to rise at times with even minimal loads and needs some more protection for the spokes/wheel on the lower rear to keep the panniers from rubbing..the rack needs to extend forward more to give it a better center balance when loaded. Brakes work well in all conditions of rain, snow, freezing weather, dirty and clean. This ISN"T your typical mountain bike, this is a WORKHORSE and requires strength, balance and a new skill set of appropriate PAS/gearing combos to keep from launching yourself off into unwanted paths or from stalling out and tipping over. The requirement to limit the motor to 750 watts to meet Class 1 does put some limitations on power to climb, but with all that said, it still gets it done with minimal walking it required. The bike is well built, rugged and the design well thought out with some minor tweaking to the cargo rack center of balance required to get it to its optimal. A recommended buy!

The key to lock the battery will not close. I can’t remove the key. None of the companies suggestion have worked. The key will only turn 1/2 way.
