That’s why we’re now offering the chance to try out any of our all-terrain eBikes risk-free for up to two weeks or 10-miles. Simply pay shipping back to our warehouse or choose the $175 flat rate option.
If for any reason you decide it’s not for you, or that you would rather go with a different QuietKat model, simply contact us to return your bike within 14-days of its delivery date.
HOW DOES THE TRIAL ACTUALLY WORK?
If the QuietKat e-bike you purchased does not meet or exceed your expectations, contact our customer service team to see if you are eligible for a return. QuietKat will only authorize the return if you are within 14-days of delivery and if the eBike has less than 10-miles on its digital odometer, is still in “new” condition, and is packaged in its original materials and box with all components included.
WHAT’S NEW CONDITION
In order to be considered in “new condition” the eBike must be completely free from damage, dirt, dust, scratches, etc. and have less than 10-miles on the odometer.
WILL I GET A REFUND NO MATTER WHAT?
If your bike is returned in new condition with no issues, you will receive a 100% refund, minus the cost to ship the return to us. If there is any damage or other issues, the repair costs will be deducted from your refund.
WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND?
Refunds will be only be completed after the bike is received and inspected by the QuietKat customer service team. The inspection process will typically take up to a week after the bike is received at our warehouse in Eagle, Colorado. Once the inspection is completed and approved, refunds will typically be processed in about 1-2 business days.
I THREW AWAY THE BOX AND PACKAGING, HOW DO I RETURN IT?
We strongly recommend you keep all packaging materials in good condition. If you don’t happen to have your original packaging, please reach out to the customer service team to have a new box shipped to you.
CAN I BUY 7 BIKES, THEN RETURN WHAT I DON’T WANT?
No, each customer is only eligible for two returns within one calendar year.
MY BIKE WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
If your eBike was damaged during shipping, please document the damage by taking pictures of the bike and the box, then reach out to our customer service team and they will work with you to find the best solution.
MY BIKE WAS RECEIVED DAMAGED – WHEN DOES MY TRIAL PERIOD END?
While this is extremely rare, we are sorry to hear your QuietKat eBike is not functioning properly! Your trial period will begin once replacement parts or a new bike has been received and the bike is up and running.
I PURCHASED AN E-BIKE, RETURNED IT, THEN CHANGED MY MIND AND RE-PURCHASED. DO I QUALIFY?
No, you are not eligible to return a bike that you have previously returned.
I PURCHASED BEFORE THIS PROGRAM, AM I ELIGIBLE?
The Risk-Free Trial Policy is a new program that applies to e-bike purchases made on or after August 10th, 2020 from QuietKat directly. This policy does not back date, so unfortunately you are not eligible for a return. You can purchase a different model and take advantage of the trial policy.
I PURCHASED THE E-BIKE FROM A DEALER OR THIRD PARTY, DO I QUALIFY FOR THIS?
No, only customers who purchase their QuietKat eBike directly from www.QuietKat.com are eligible for the Risk-Free Trial Policy.
