What Does This Mean For You?
A hunter can set his eBike to "unlimited" mode and get the maximum power and speed desired on private land, and quickly choose between class 1-3 to comply with public land policies.
An angler can set the bike in class 1 along the bike path next to the river, change to class 3 on the restricted dirt road, and then unlimited when she reaches BLM land, staying legally compliant along the way.
A mountain biker can leave his house in class two in his class 2 restricted town but change to unlimited when he reaches his unrestricted trailhead.
