We want to take a moment to address the questions many of you have been asking and provide an update on the future of QuietKat.

As many of you are aware, QuietKat has recently been acquired by RAD LIFE Mobility. We are excited about the future of this iconic brand and the opportunities ahead. Our commitment is simple: preserve what riders love about QuietKat while building a stronger foundation for long-term growth, support, and innovation.

As part of this transition, we are currently relocating inventory and operational infrastructure to a new warehouse. This effort is essential to establishing improved operations and creating a better experience for customers moving forward. While necessary, it has temporarily impacted our ability to fulfill orders, process parts requests, support warranty claims, and respond to inquiries as quickly as we would like.

We understand the current experience has been frustrating. Many customers have been looking for parts, service support, and information about product availability. We recognize that our communication has not met the standard you expect or deserve, and for that, we sincerely apologize.

Most importantly, we want to reassure you that:

• QuietKat is not going away.
• We remain committed to supporting existing riders and dealers.
• We are actively working to restore operations and inventory availability.
• Our goal is to return stronger, more responsive, and better equipped to serve the QuietKat community.

At this time, we anticipate being operational again within the next few weeks. While we do not have a firm date to share today, our team is working diligently to complete the transition as quickly and effectively as possible.

We know many of you rely on your QuietKat bikes for adventure, recreation, hunting, and transportation. Your loyalty to the brand means a great deal to us, and we are committed to earning your continued trust through our actions in the weeks and months ahead.
