A limited number of rebates are available each month for Denver’s e-bike and e-cargo bikes. Denver residents can save up to $1700 on the purchase of an e-bike from a qualifying shop.

Full-time residents of the Edwards Metro District are eligible for up to a $200 rebate for e-bike purchases.
Empire Electric Association Customers
Customers with an active Empire Electric Association membership can apply for up to a $150 rebate for e-bike purchases (must apply within 90 days of purchase).
Gunnison County Electric Association Customers
Customers with an active Gunnison Electric Association membership can apply for up to a $150 rebate for e-bike purchases (must apply within 90 days of purchase).
Highline Electric Association Customers
Customers with an active Highline Electric Association membership can apply for up to a $150 rebate for e-bike purchases (must apply within 90 days of purchase).

Contra Costa County
Adults living in Contra Costa County who have purchased a new e-bike in the past 6 months can apply for up to a $500 rebate (restrictions apply)
Healdsburg Electric Customers
Customers with an active Healdsburg Electric membership can apply for up to a $300 rebate for online e-bike purchases.
City Of Santa Clara
City of Santa Clara residents who are Silicon Valley Power customers can apply for up to a $300 rebate for e-bike purchases. An additional $200 can be applied for income-qualified customers (must apply within 60 days of purchase).

South Portland
South Portland residents that meet household income requirements can qualify for $300 for ebike purchases.
Connecticut Rebates
Statewide
The Connecticut Clean Air Act, which was passed into law in May 2022, expands the Connecticut Hydrogen and Electric Automobile Purchase Rebate, or CHEAPR, to include $500 rebates for electric bikes. EBikes must cost less than $3,000 and income qualifications must be met.
Texas Rebates
Austin
Austin Energy offers eligible individual customers rebates to purchase a qualifying Ebike, scooter, moped, motorcycle, or any other electric two or three-wheel vehicle. In 2023, rebates have increased up to $600 per individual E-Ride vehicle purchase for applications submitted on or after January 1, 2023, as long as the purchase was completed within the last 60 days.
